John de Peralta is a Los Angeles–based Costume Designer and Assistant Costume Designer working across live performance, film, television, and music.

Over the last decade, his work has moved between major live productions, scripted costume departments, fashion, and artist-driven projects. That range has shaped an approach that considers both the visual idea and everything required to actually execute it.

His experience includes costume design, visual development, sourcing, fittings, custom development, large casts, dancers, and costume department operations.

John is especially drawn to ambitious projects with a strong point of view, a lot of moving parts, and room to build something specific.
